HOW TO PRESS OUR SUBLIMATION BLANKS
Single Sided Products:
- Heat press to 400 degrees
- Carefully peel the clear protective layer off. ALL BLANKS WILL HAVE THIS LAYERS!
- Pre press for 20 seconds
- Line the blank up with your sublimation transfer and secure with heat transfer tape.
- Layer in press in this order:
- BOTTOM LAYER Blowout Paper (ex:non coated butcher paper)
- NEXT LAYER Sublimation blank with white coating face up
- NEXT LAYER Image face down
- TOP LAYER (CLOSEST TO HEAT) Blowout paper
6. Press for 60 seconds at medium to heavy pressure.
Double Sided Products:
- Heat press to 400 degrees
- Carefully peel the clear protective layers off of both sides. ALL BLANKS WILL HAVE THESE LAYERS!
- Pre press for 20 seconds
- Line the blank up with your sublimation transfer and secure with heat transfer tape.
- Layer in press in this order:
- BOTTOM LAYER Blowout Paper (ex:non coated butcher paper)
- NEXT LAYER Sublimation blank with white coating face up
- NEXT LAYER Image face down
- TOP LAYER (CLOSEST TO HEAT) Blowout paper
6. Press for 60 seconds at medium to heavy pressure.
7.Once it is completely cool repeat steps 4-6.
Tips-
- After pressing, place something heavy on top of item to prevent warping.
- Carefully peel off the clear masking before pressing!! Sharp objects can chip the coating, so please be careful taking it off.
